Anti-Seepage
A flexible, water-based elastomeric waterproofing coating that forms a seamless, durable and UV-resistant membrane for long-term protection of flat and pitched roofs, refurbishment projects and ageing bitumen waterproofing systems.
SpecShield® Anti-Seepage is a one-component, water-based elastomeric waterproofing system formulated with a UV-curing pure acrylic resin. Designed for universal roof protection, it can be applied as a high-build flexible coating on both horizontal (flat) and vertical (pitched) applications, delivering outstanding waterproofing performance, durability and long-term crack resistance.

Intended Uses
SpecShield® Anti-Seepage is designed as a universal liquid-applied waterproofing system for long-term protection of new and existing roof structures across residential, commercial and industrial environments.
The system offers excellent flexibility (± ~250% extension), strong adhesion and UV resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of correctly primed substrates including asphalt, bitumen, mineral felt, concrete, galvanised steel, aluminium, asbestos surfaces and other metals. When used in combination with a reinforcing membrane, overall system strength, durability and service life are further enhanced.
