SIMPLY® Roof & Wall Paint is a one-component, environmentally friendly, water-based acrylic coating suitable for both interior and exterior applications. It provides a tough, weather-resistant and washable finish that resists dirt pickup on roofs and maintains a clean, attractive surface on walls and cladding.

Intended Uses
The coating is designed for use on properly prepared and suitably primed galvanised and metal roofs, Chromadek, fibre cement, cement roof tiles, and exterior wall surfaces. When used in combination with a reinforcing polyester membrane, it can also form part of a waterproofing system for added protection in critical areas.
SIMPLY® Roof & Wall Paint is designed for use as a protective and decorative coating on a wide range of suitably prepared and primed roof and wall substrates. It is commonly used on residential, commercial, and light industrial buildings where a durable, washable, and weather-resistant finish is required.
Typical applications include:
- Roof Coating for Galvanised Iron, Metal and Chromadek Roofing – Protects against weathering while providing a clean, colour-stable finish.
- Coating for Fibre Cement and Cement Roof Tiles – Enhances appearance while helping shield roofing materials from environmental exposure.
- Exterior Wall and Cladding Finishes – Suitable for primed masonry walls, fibre-cement panels, and architectural cladding systems.
- Finishing Coat for Galvanised Garage Doors, Gutters and Downpipes – Provides a uniform, durable and corrosion-resistant surface when applied over the appropriate primer.
- Suitable for Zinc-Alume and Aluzinc Surfaces – For use as a finishing coat over correctly prepared and primed substrates.
- Waterproofing Applications (When Used with Reinforcing Membrane) – Can be incorporated into a reinforced waterproofing system for parapets, roof joints, laps, flashings, and problem areas where additional moisture protection is required.
