STUDBINDA® Bundy Pad

Preformed thermoplastic adhesive bonding pads.

A 100% solids, flexible & pigmented preformed thermoplastic material containing glass beads.

Specification Compliance: SANS 1442, EN 1463 & ASTM D4280

Supplied pre-cut: 100mm x 120mm x 4mm, 120mm x 120mm x 4mm Bundy Pads or 200mm x 200mm x 4mm SUPER Bundy Pads.

Intended Uses

STUDBINDA® Bundy Pad Adhesive is designed for bonding permanent traffic cone delineators & raised pavement markers such as plastic road studs, metal road studs, glass road studs, solar powered road studs or cats eyes to horizontal asphalt, concrete, brick, stone or iron surfaces. This product provides excellent adhesion for non-hazardous heavy-duty applications as an alternative to epoxy or bitumen.

When application is done onto surfaces other than asphalt, it is recommended to first apply PLASTILINE® Thermoplastic High Penetration Primer. STUDBINDA® Bundy Pad Adhesive is easy to work with & apply. The pad is simply placed into position & heated with a preformed thermoplastic application torch & the raised pavement marker or cone delineator positioned on top.
