PLASTILINE® 1C Solventborne CAP (Concrete, Asphalt & Paving) is a high-performance, adhesion-promoted solvent-based road marking paint designed specifically for challenging paved and curb substrates. The formulation delivers fast drying and rapid return to service, combined with very high coverage and luminance, making it ideal for both traffic management and decorative marking applications.

Intended Uses
PLASTILINE® 1C Solventborne CAP is intended for professional road and surface marking applications where enhanced adhesion to paved and concrete substrates is required.
The coating is engineered to comply with SANS 731-1:2015 requirements for single-pack solvent-based road marking paints, making it suitable for use on highways, arterial roads and high-traffic environments. Its fast-drying characteristics allow for quick reopening of traffic lanes, reducing disruption and improving job-site efficiency. The paint adheres directly to asphalt and correctly primed concrete surfaces, providing reliable, long-lasting line markings under demanding service conditions.
