PLASTILINE® MMA Cold Plastic Pedestrian Grip

PLASTILINE® MMA Cold Plastic Pedestrian Grip is a two-component, 100% solids MMA anti-slip surfacing engineered specifically for pedestrian environments. Factory-pigmented to the specified RAL Traffic Colour and pre-blended with fine reflective crushed-glass aggregate, it provides reliable slip resistance, comfortable foot traffic and enhanced visibility at night and under low-light conditions.

Intended Uses

PLASTILINE® MMA Cold Plastic Pedestrian Grip is intended for pedestrian-priority areas requiring a durable coloured surface with controlled anti-slip performance.

The product is specifically engineered around the needs of foot traffic. Its fine 125–850 µm reflective crushed-glass aggregate provides an initial SRV of ≥55 BPN while maintaining a surface profile that remains comfortable underfoot.

It is suitable for pedestrian footways, plazas, accessibility routes, wheelchair ramps, tactile transition zones, elevated walkways, stairs, landings and coloured route-delineation applications. The datasheet also identifies school corridors, hospital walkways and public-building lobbies as suitable applications.

Where a higher-PSV surface is specified for demanding applications, the datasheet recommends upgrading to PLASTILINE® MMA Cold Plastic Bus Grip.
