Dekomat®-1
The DEKOMAT®-1 is a universally deployable wrapping machine that is usable for most types of construction work. DEKOMAT®-1 can be deployed for nominal pipe sizes from DN 80 on straight pipe sections and from DN 100 for pipe elbows.
DEKOMAT®-II
The DEKOMAT®-II is a portable automated wrapping machine that is powered by a petrol engine. DEKOMAT®-II is ideally suited for use in pipeline section rehabilitation and field-joint coating in new construction work. With its two roll holders, it offers the option of processing multilayer tape systems in a single work step.
DEKOMAT®-KGR JUNIOR
The DEKOMAT®-KGR Junior has been designed for processing larger roll lengths. DEKOMAT®-KGR Junior is the perfect choice for tackling the challenges of larger nominal pipe sizes. With the optionally available accessories, wrapping is possible for pipes with nominal sizes of DN 2000 and over.
DEKOMAT®-MINI
The DEKOMAT®-mini is a compact manual wrapping device that enables you to achieve even winding tension and the required overlapping width when applying SEALID® and BUTYLEN tapes. The DEKOMAT®-mini can be used on straight pipes and pipe bends in pipelines as well as for the field joint coating of steel pipes encased in plastic with diameters from DN 40 and upwards.
