DEKOTEC®-MTS30
DEKOTEC®- MTS30 presents a heat-shrinkable sleeve composed of an electron beam cross-linked polyethylene carrier film paired with mastic adhesive, designed for inhibiting corrosion on welded seams within steel pipes. It can be directly applied onto surfaces cleaned to ST2 standards as per ISO 8501-1, eliminating the necessity for sandblasting or primer application.
DEKOTEC®-MTS55
DEKOTEC®-MTS55 is a heat-shrinkable sleeve consisting of an electron beam cross-linked polyethylene carrier film and a mastic adhesive for corrosion prevention on welding seams in steel pipes. DEKOTEC®-MTS55 is applied directly to ST2-cleaned surfaces in accordance with ISO 8501-1. Sandblasting is not required, and there is no need to apply a primer.
DEKOTEC®-MTS55 DI
DEKOTEC®-MTS55 DI in combination with DEKOTEC®-Mastic DI is a sealing system solution that provides protection against corrosion and root penetration at spigot and socket pipes, without a time-consuming heating process. With the added ability of been applied to pipes made from steel, cast iron, concrete and stoneware, as well as plastic coatings.
DEKOTEC®-MTS55 HS65
DEKOTEC®-MTS55 HS65 is a heat-shrinkable sleeve with an extreme shrinking capacity of 65%. It is comprised of a robust electron beam cross-linked polyethylene carrier film and a mastic adhesive. The sleeve is quick and easy to apply, even to pre-installed components, without the need for a primer, saving you time and money.
DEKOTEC®-BTS60
DEKOTEC®-BTS60 is a heat shrinkable sleeve with a thermal indicator, enabling you to visually monitor the level of heat that needs to be applied. Made form a robust polyethylene carrier film and a butyl-based coating. The natural flowing ability of the unique butyl rubber coating allows the product to repair itself in the event of minor mechanical damage in the coating.
DEKOTEC®-HTS70
DEKOTEC®-HTS70 is a heat-shrinkable sleeve comprised of an electron beam cross-linked polyethylene carrier film and a coating made from hot-melt adhesive. Providing a permanent corrosion prevention on welding seams on steel pipes and pipelines. DEKOTEC®-HTS70 can be used as a two-layer, or three-layer together DEKOTEC®-EP Primer, shrink sleeve system.
DEKOTEC®-HTS90
DEKOTEC®-HTS90 is a heat-shrinkable sleeve consisting of an electron beam cross-linked polyethylene carrier film and a coating made from hot-melt adhesive. Providing a permanent corrosion prevention on welding seams on steel pipes and pipelines. DEKOTEC®-HTS90 can be used as a two-layer, or three-layer together DEKOTEC®-EP Primer, shrink sleeve system.
DEKOTEC®-HTS100
DEKOTEC®-HTS100 is a heat shrinkable sleeve for use at extremely high temperatures up to +100 °C. Fulfilling the requirements of ISO 21809-3 (14B-2) and EN 12068 in class C100. The sleeve is comprised of a robust electron beam cross linked polyethylene carrier film and hotmelt coating.
