Masonry Primer SB
Primer for alkali and damp masonry. A one component, solvent based acrylate polymer resin, white adhesion promoting primer for exterior and interior use.

Intended Uses
Formulated as a primer for critical surfaces, with an adhesion promoting and solidifying effect. DampPrime is resistant to alkali attack, water vapour diffusible, weather proof and can be applied to damp masonry.
Highly absorbent substrates, such as masonry and old painted surfaces should be primed with DampPrime to equalize the absorbing capacity of the substrate.
DampPrime will also isolate water and nicotine stains.
To be used as a primed coat for subsequent coatings on plaster/mineral substrates, slightly chalking paint coats, brick work etc. also for adhesion promotion on smooth, non-absorbent or low absorbent substrates such as oil and varnish-based paints. Always do a test to check for proper adhesion.
