WB Roller Coater Filler Primer - XPS
SpecWood® WB Roller Coater Filler Primer XPS is a specialised single-component waterborne acrylic primer, surfacer and finish coat developed for soft and rigid polystyrene components. Designed to provide both surface preparation and a durable decorative finish, the coating combines excellent adhesion and coverage with a smooth matt appearance available in a wide range of RAL colours.

Intended Uses
SpecWood® WB Roller Coater Filler Primer XPS is designed specifically for the industrial coating of soft and rigid polystyrene extrusions and manufactured components. It provides an effective combination of adhesion, colour, moisture resistance and mechanical durability while allowing manufacturers to use a single waterborne product as a primer, surfacer and decorative finish.
The coating is particularly suited to continuously manufactured profiles and components where consistent appearance, rapid drying and efficient handling are important. Its flexibility and impact resistance make it appropriate for polystyrene products that may experience movement or frequent handling during manufacture, assembly and installation.
With a broad selection of RAL colours and good coverage at low film builds, XPS provides manufacturers with a practical solution for adding both surface protection and a consistent decorative appearance to polystyrene components.
