Polyurea HYBRID Soft Flexible SF Slow Set
A solvent-free, elastic hybrid polyurea waterproofing coating that cures rapidly to form a seamless, highly flexible, crack-bridging membrane for roofs, balconies, bathrooms, gutters and under-tile waterproofing applications.
ArmourCoat® Polyurea HYBRID Soft Flexible SF Slow Set is a two-component, solvent-free aromatic hybrid polyurea coating designed to provide a highly elastic, waterproof and shock-resistant seamless membrane. The system cures rapidly — typically within under two hours — to create a durable, continuous barrier against water ingress, movement and environmental exposure.

Intended Uses
ArmourCoat® Polyurea HYBRID Soft Flexible SF Slow Set is designed for elastic waterproofing and protection in areas exposed to movement, moisture and pedestrian use.
Applied in a single layer at approximately 1.5–2.5 mm film build, the coating delivers outstanding crack-bridging, flexibility and mechanical strength, making it ideal for areas exposed to structural movement and pedestrian traffic. The formulation can be made non-slip with NON-SKID AGGREGATE, and may be over-coated with an aliphatic polyurethane topcoat where enhanced colour stability and UV resistance are required.
Application is fast and versatile — the product can be applied by brush, roller, squeegee or airless spray, typically at a total consumption of 2–3.5 kg/m² across one or two coats.
The system provides a durable, seamless and chemical-resistant membrane, with the option to improve UV colour stability using an aliphatic polyurethane topcoat within the recommended recoat window.
