Polyurea HYBRID High Strength
A high-strength, spray-applied hybrid polyurea elastomer that cures within seconds to form a seamless, abrasion-, impact- and chemical-resistant membrane for heavy-duty industrial, structural and protective lining applications.
ArmourCoat® Polyurea HYBRID High Strength is a thermoset, spray-applied plural-component aromatic hybrid polyurea elastomer engineered for applications requiring exceptional abrasion resistance, impact strength, moisture protection and corrosion resistance. The rapid-curing 1:1 volumetric ratio system is designed for high-pressure plural-component spray equipment, while the slower set-time formulation also enables application via cartridge or low-pressure spray systems to achieve smoother finishes and extended working control.

Note: As with all aromatic polyurea coatings, exterior exposure may result in discolouration. Appearance can be maintained by specifying black polyurea or overcoating with an aliphatic topcoat (e.g., polyaspartic or flexible polyurethane) within the recommended recoat window.
Intended Uses
ArmourCoat® Polyurea HYBRID High Strength is designed for protective lining, structural protection and high-performance coating applications across industrial, commercial, infrastructure and defence environments.
Once applied, the coating forms a seamless, monolithic and highly durable membrane that provides outstanding water, chemical and corrosion resistance, along with superior stiffness and structural protection. Film thickness may be applied from a minimum of ~500 μm up to virtually unlimited build, depending on project requirements and service conditions.
The coating is moisture- and temperature-tolerant, enabling use across extended seasonal application windows with rapid return-to-service capability.
