Polyurea HYBRID High Strength
ArmourCoat® Polyurea HYBRID High Strength is a high-performance spray-applied aromatic hybrid polyurea elastomer engineered for demanding industrial environments requiring exceptional abrasion resistance, impact protection, waterproofing, and corrosion control. This 100% solids, solvent-free system forms a seamless monolithic membrane that provides outstanding durability and chemical resistance while delivering rapid curing and minimal downtime. The slower set formulation allows improved finish quality and application flexibility using both plural-component spray equipment and approved cartridge spray systems.
Available in 40L, 400L and 1.5L cartridge systems.

Intended Uses
ArmourCoat® Polyurea HYBRID High Strength has been developed for industrial protective coating applications where high abrasion resistance, impact protection, waterproofing, and long-term durability are critical. The seamless membrane technology creates a highly durable protective barrier capable of protecting steel, concrete, and composite substrates from corrosion, moisture ingress, mechanical damage, and environmental exposure. Its rapid cure characteristics make it particularly suitable for industrial facilities, mining operations, infrastructure projects, and maintenance shutdowns where fast return-to-service is essential.
