POLYUREA PURE High Strength
A high-strength, 100% solids pure polyurea elastomer that cures within seconds to form a seamless, chemical-, abrasion- and moisture-resistant membrane for industrial, structural and containment applications.
ArmourCoat® Polyurea PURE High Strength is a thermoset, spray-applied plural-component aromatic pure polyurea elastomer engineered for applications requiring maximum strength, durability and performance without hybrid compromise. The rapid-curing 1:1 volumetric ratio system is designed for high-pressure plural-component spray equipment, while the controlled slower-set formulation allows smoother finishes and application through cartridge or low-pressure machinery where required.

Note: As with all aromatic polyurea systems, exterior exposure may result in discolouration. Appearance may be maintained with black polyurea or by applying an aliphatic topcoat (polyaspartic or flexible polyurethane) within the specified recoat window.
Intended Uses
ArmourCoat® Polyurea PURE High Strength is designed for heavy-duty protective lining, containment, structural protection and waterproofing across industrial, infrastructure, marine and defence environments.
Once applied, the coating forms a seamless, monolithic, high-strength membrane delivering outstanding abrasion, impact, corrosion, water and chemical resistance. Film build can range from ≈500 μm to virtually unlimited thickness, depending on specification and service exposure.
Compatible (with correct primer system) with:
- Steel, concrete, wood, asphalt, polystyrene and composite substrates
Application methods:
- Plural-component high-pressure spray (1:1 direct impingement, ~70°C)
- Cartridge / low-pressure spray systems for controlled application
