A two-component, solvent-based, fast-drying, high-build polyurethane marking system designed for long-lasting road and surface markings in high-traffic environments.
PLASTILINE® Polyurethane is a high-performance, cold-applied polyurethane marking system formulated for exceptional durability and visibility on asphalt and concrete surfaces exposed to heavy traffic. The two-component, solvent-based formulation delivers rapid drying, excellent build and superior abrasion resistance, making it ideal for permanent road marking and surface demarcation applications.

Intended Uses
PLASTILINE® Polyurethane is designed for high-performance marking and demarcation in areas subjected to heavy traffic, braking forces and wear, where long-term durability and visibility are required.
When applied at a typical thickness of ±350 μm, PLASTILINE® Polyurethane provides four to five times the service life of standard water-based or solvent-based road marking paints applied at similar thicknesses. The system produces clean, sharp lines without spatter or dry spray, supports high luminance and reflectivity, and can be enhanced with reflective glass beads or anti-skid aggregates to improve visibility and safety.
