Intended Uses
A simple & durable solution that is applied using a heat torch, and will conform to the profile of the road surface leaving a flush finish that can take traffic.
Application Steps

Ensure the surface is clean & dry. Pre-heating will aid in drying the surface prior to application.

Apply a max build of 15mm THERMOFILL® Resin layer to the entire surface of the pothole. Use the application torch to heat until molten.

THERMOFILL® Stone can be used as an intercoat layer leaving 10 - 15mm space for the final layer of THERMOFILL® Resin. Heat until molten.

If required, another layer of THERMOFILL® Resin can be applied. Onto the molten layer, finish with a dispersion of THERMOFILL® Grit.
