PLASTILINE® Cold Asphalt Pothole Repair is a one-component, water-based cold asphalt repair system developed for the repair, reinstatement and resurfacing of asphalt, concrete and compacted dirt road surfaces. The formulation provides exceptional bonding strength, locking aggregates together to form a durable, trafficable and waterproof repair that resists rutting, displacement and bleeding under temperature extremes.

Intended Uses

The material may be mixed on-site with aggregate or supplied as a pre-mixed solution, offering flexibility for both small maintenance works and large-scale infrastructure repairs. Application Steps

Square off pothole & ensure the surface is clean & free from loose debris. Slighty dampen surface & edges (water serves as primer).

Pour & evenly distibute PLASTILINE® Cold Asphalt Pothole Repair, use a rake to spread uniformly for smooth.

Extend the material approximately 20mm beyond edges with 5-10mm thickness above the surface. Lightly sprinkle water over.

Finish off with compacting the layer of PLASTILINE® Cold Asphalt Pothole Repair, ensure base of equipment stays wet during the process.
