PLASTILINE® Traffic

A high-performance, preformed thermoplastic road marking system with retro-reflective properties.

PLASTIFORM® TRAFFIC is a preformed, heat-applied thermoplastic marking material with a total thickness of approximately 3.0 mm. It is formulated to deliver optimal performance in hot climates while maintaining good flexibility in colder conditions and during transport. The material contains 30% specially blended premix glass beads, high pigment loading, and a performance blend of drop-on glass beads. Once heat applied and cooled, it solidifies to form an exceptionally durable and long-lasting pavement marking. The system provides excellent visibility, durability, and retro-reflectivity in demanding traffic environments.

Intended Uses

PLASTIFORM® TRAFFIC Markings are preformed, heat-applied thermoplastic road markings containing pigments, glass beads, alkyd binder, and fillers. When applied using a thermoplastic applicator torch and allowed to cool, the material forms a highly durable, flexible, and long-lasting pavement marking.

The markings are supplied in a wide variety of formats including lines, tapes, shapes, arrows, letters, numbers, symbols, legends, and custom designs, precision cut to comply with recognised road traffic safety manuals. The pre-beaded material provides excellent retro-reflectivity and can be applied year-round.
