PLASTILINE® 1C Waterborne High Build

A one-component, high-build, waterborne acrylic road marking paint using cross-linking Quick-Set technology to deliver fast drying, excellent durability and reduced environmental impact.

PLASTILINE® 1C Waterborne HIGH BUILD SANS 731-2 is an ultra-performance, adhesion-promoted, waterborne road marking paint formulated with acrylic cross-linking Quick-Set technology. The system offers rapid drying and fast return to service, combined with greater film build and enhanced durability compared to conventional fast-dry road marking paints.

Intended Uses

PLASTILINE® 1C Waterborne HIGH BUILD SANS 731-2 is intended for professional road marking applications where durability, visibility and environmental compliance are required.

The coating is engineered to comply with SANS 731-1:2015 requirements for single-pack solvent-based road marking paints, making it suitable for use on highways, arterial roads and high-traffic environments. Its fast-drying characteristics allow for quick reopening of traffic lanes, reducing disruption and improving job-site efficiency. The paint adheres directly to asphalt and correctly primed concrete surfaces, providing reliable, long-lasting line markings under demanding service conditions.
