HB SATIN
Flexible Polyurethane Acrylic Anti-Corrosive Primer/Finish. PU DTM HB Satin is a two pack, high build acrylic polyurethane flexible primer/finish, containing zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigmentation, adhesion promoted & formulated with UV stabilizers.

Intended Uses
PU DTM HB Satin is a two pack, high build acrylic polyurethane flexible primer/finish, containing zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigmentation, adhesion promoted & formulated with UV stabilizers. PU DTM HB Satin provides an exceptionally smooth to the touch feel & silky satin appearance. Its provides excellent UV resistance & colour stability in external weathering conditions, and performs exceptionally well in humid environments. Provides passive corrosion protection from zinc phosphate corrosion inhibitor.
Designed for application direct to suitably prepared metal surfaces such as mild steel, galvanized steel, aluminum & stainless steel. Can also be applied to previously coated substrates in sound condition. The silk matt finish hides surface defects and imperfections while providing long lasting aesthetics & performance properties. Careful selection of the coating system can provide corrosion protection in the harshest environments.
PU DTM HB Satin can be applied in one coat.
PU DTM HB Satin is a high build coating allowing for one coat application on metal roofs, 80 - 100 µm DFT can be achieved in a single application. This results in Speedy applications or rapid turnaround on time pressed projects.
