A one component water based new generation solar UV curing technology. 100% pure acrylic exterior wall & roof coating with a smooth finish which offers excellent exterior durability, water resistance, dirt pick-up resistance, mechanical stability and elasticity including crack-bridging.

Intended Uses
SpecElastic Façade & Roof coating is an anti-carbonation coating capable of crak bridging, CO² diffusion and water vapour transmission. It is highly UV resistant and colour fade resistant allowing the coating to betinted to virtually any colour. Used for new construction direct to suitably primed masonry or for renovation of tightly adherent existing acrylic wall coatings. SpecElastic Façade & Roof can be used on walls and roofs it is not intended for interior walls.
SpecElastic Façade & Roof is highly resistant to driving rain, used in combination with a suitable primer such as SpecSil Breathable Primer WB the coating system allows the substrate to breath, while not allowing water in, the result is walls and roofs which stay dry. SpecElastic Façade & Roof can be used on sloped and horizontal surfaces as a liquid waterproofing membrane exceeding 0.5mm thick.
