Water based self cross linking pure acrylic mid sheen roof paint. A one component, self cross linking pure acrylic roof paint to provide a weather resistant, colour stable finish for roofs that is resistant to harsh weather, acid rain and abrasion.

Intended Uses
This technology uses ambient temperature cross-linking technology to provide improved properties compared to conventional polymers, providing early hardness developments, higher gloss and improved adhesion. It provides enhanced film toughness and weather resistance and lower dirt pickup compered to traditional roof coatings.
SIMPLY® Ultra Roof Paint is used for application to suitably primed galvanized iron, metal, Chromadek, fibre cement and cement roof tiles as a roof coating. It can also be used on suitably primed cladding, galvanized garage doors, gutters, down pipes, zinc-alume, Aluzinc & paving.
