Binder
Advanced two component, highly flexible waterborne epoxy-acrylic binder. A two component, advanced waterborne clear epoxy-acrylic primer offering the advantages of toughness from epoxy and the UV and colour fade resistance of acrylics. This binder is highly flexible, has a long pot life and is overcoatable by solvent and waterborne coating systems.

Intended Uses
EPASCREED Binder is used to bind fillers (quartz, sand, stone/pebbles, rubber, EPDM or other decorative media). EPASCREED Binder is highly thixotropic allowing both horizontal and vertical applications.
Due to the exceptional flexibility, it is suitable for binding rubber crumb (EPMD etc.) to create playgrounds, safety impact flooring, elastomeric and cushioned sport surfaces / courts (such as tennis, netball basket ball etc.)
Due to the exceptional strength of the epoxy it is suitable for binding of quarts, sand, stone and pebbles for creating re-surfacing layers for sports, non-skid surfaces for both pedestrian and vehicular traffic, decorative flooring for residential and commercial flooring.
Due to the nature of the acrylic binder, it makes this system perfect for EXTERIOR and INTERIOR applications, providing exceptional UV and weathering resistance. The coating system provide oil resistance, alkali resistance, acid resistance (10% H2So4, 168h)
