PLASTILINE® 1C Waterborne TOUGH MARK is a self-crosslinking, pure acrylic, water-based road marking paint designed for demanding traffic marking applications. It offers fast drying and consistent performance, even in cooler, humid, or coastal environments where conventional waterborne coatings often struggle. Formulated with quick-set technology and a high solids content, it delivers a tough, dirt-resistant matt finish. The matt finish reduces glare, making it especially suitable for airport runway and airside markings. As a one-component, low-VOC system, it provides excellent durability, adhesion, and fast return to service.

Intended Uses
PLASTILINE® 1C Waterborne TOUGH MARK is formulated as a high-solids, economical road marking paint suitable for both low-speed and high-speed traffic environments. Once dry, the coating remains flexible, allowing it to withstand expansion and contraction caused by temperature variations while maintaining excellent durability.
The product is suitable for use on highways, local roads, intersections, pedestrian crossings, landing strips, and parking areas, with or without the addition of reflective glass beads. It delivers strong adhesion directly to asphalt, correctly primed concrete, and paved surfaces, forming a durable, dirt-resistant finish with excellent glass bead retention.
Additionally, PLASTILINE® 1C Waterborne TOUGH MARK performs exceptionally well in cooler, humid, and coastal environments, offering rapid drying and excellent film hardness under challenging conditions. Its durability, performance, and low environmental impact make it one of the most economical and environmentally responsible choices in its class.
