A flexible, water-based rust-converting acrylic coating that acts as both a primer and finishing coat for metal roofs and cladding, providing strong adhesion, anti-corrosion performance, and UV-resistant protection.
SIMPLY® Metal & Rust is a one-component, water-based pure acrylic coating formulated with advanced zinc phosphate and zinc molybdate corrosion inhibitors. The coating combines rust-converting and encapsulating technology with excellent adhesion to provide long-term protection on metal roofing and cladding systems.

Intended Uses
Designed for application to tightly adherent, well-prepared rusty metal surfaces, galvanised roofs, previously painted roofs, and Chromadek substrates, it functions as both a primer and finish coat. The coating helps stabilise corroded areas by forming a passivation layer between the metal substrate and the coating system, supporting continued anti-corrosion performance even on weathered or imperfect surfaces.
SIMPLY® Metal & Rust is designed for use on metal roofing and cladding systems where corrosion protection and strong adhesion are required, particularly on surfaces affected by rust or weathering. It is suitable for maintenance recoating, refurbishment projects, and protection of older roof systems where a combined primer-and-finish solution is preferred.
