Stationary components in blast equipment are fixed parts that don't move during the blasting process. They contribute to media recovery, filtration, and efficient transport in the system.
The M-Section is part of the abrasive recovery and recycle system. Due to its design, it is suitable for the installation in already existing blast rooms with limited foundation and especially for light weight media.

The scraper floor is a full floor system which is used for the automatic transport of used abrasive media. Together with other parts of the recovery system, it is responsible for the recycling and a continuous fresh supply of abrasive media for an economical blast process. A scraper floor is saving time, energy and money and is a central part of working efficient and economical.

The bucket elevator facilitates vertical transport of abrasive blast media, reaching heights up to 12 meters. Typically used in fixed installations like blast rooms, it ensures a constant supply of media to the blast pot when combined with a recycling unit and media silo. Optionally, it can integrate with a fully automatic scraper floor system for efficient media recycling. The bucket elevator features a Speed monitor to prevent spinning, and offers harmonized options for various media silo sizes, ensuring maximum performance and handling of heavy abrasive media.

The Clemco-Munkebo blast room dust collector not only provides ventilation for the blast room but also contributes to a clean environment. It vacuums dusty air during the blast process, cleaning it with filter cartridges before releasing it outside. The system ensures clear visibility and optimal working conditions for the operator, enhancing productivity. Using an antistatic polyester cartridge with dust class M results in low dust emission (less than 2mg/m³). Clemco offers suitable dust filter sizes based on blast room size, with high performance up to 50,000m³ per hour and a max filter area of 858m². Options like a heat recovery system further increase efficiency and economy.
