SLC
Self-levelling cementitious screed. SpecScreed SLC is a one pack, rapid hardening polymer modified cement-based screed for levelling floors at thicknesses between 3 – 20mm with high compressive and flexural strength for demanding applications.

Intended Uses
Designed as a low viscosity, pumpable or pourable screed applied at thicknesses between 3-20mm thick. The low viscosity and “Self-Healing” properties of the SLC allow for large amounts to be pumped and levelled within a short period of time. Because the setting and drying times are short it allows foot traffic flooring within a few hours. A Screed of 6mm will take only 24 hours to fully dry. Used for Fastrack refurbishment and new construction.
SpecScreed SLC is used as a high-performance underlayment for tiles, carpets, vinyl tiles, laminate flooring, wood flooring, tiles, resinous coatings such as MMA, Epoxies, Polyurethanes, Acrylic Sealers or Silane Sealers. SpecScreed is a non-dusting cementitious screed and can be left un-sealed/coated.
Areas of application include but is not limited to: Hospital flooring, kitchens, public buildings, schools, aircraft hangars, offices, food production facilities etc. will resistant the rolling and manoeuvring wheels of turning forklifts, vehicles and trolleys.
SpecScreed SLC is a highly complex, tried and tested formulation which has undergone extensive testing to EN Standards and boasts outstanding characteristics in terms of application properties and performance properties. Can be buffed and polished.
