POLYUREA PURE Soft Flexible
A solvent-free, spray-applied pure polyurea coating that cures within seconds to form a seamless, soft and highly elastic waterproofing membrane for roofs, gutters, valleys and flexible structural applications.
ArmourCoat® Polyurea PURE Soft Flexible is a two-component, 100% solids, zero-VOC pure polyurea elastomer designed for applications where greater elasticity, elongation and substrate movement accommodation are required. Applied using plural-component hot-spray equipment (1:1 direct impingement at ~70°C), the system cures within seconds to allow rapid return to service and reliable performance across extended working seasons.

Note: As with all aromatic polyurea coatings, exterior exposure may cause discolouration. This can be mitigated by specifying black polyurea or overcoating with an aliphatic system within the recommended recoat window.
Intended Uses
ArmourCoat® Polyurea PURE Soft Flexible is designed for flexible waterproofing and protection in areas subject to movement, vibration or structural flex.
Unlike hybrid systems, this is a true pure polyurea formulation, delivering maximum flexibility and performance without compromise. The coating forms a seamless, soft-flex membrane that provides durable waterproofing, crack-bridging and protection on steel, concrete, wood, asphalt and polystyrene when used with the appropriate priming system.
Compatible (with correct primer system) with:
- Steel, concrete, wood, asphalt and polystyrene substrates
Typical applications include:
- Low load-bearing structures
- Gutters, channels and roof valleys
- Roof lining and waterproofing systems
- Flexible substrates requiring higher elongation
- Movement-prone or dynamic structural areas
