Intended Uses
PLASTILINE® Thermoplastic High Tack Penetration Primer can be used with alkyd & hydrocarbon thermoplastic road markings paint. This primer is applied by brush or by spray to enhance the adhesion of the paint to the surface. Typically used on concrete, asphalt, or a mixture of both.
It is a colourless, fast drying, and easy to apply oil-based primer. Using in combination with thermoplastic paint it helps to extend the lifetime of the marking system by creating a moisture barrier between the paint and the roads surface.
