Intended Uses
A premium quality, universal general purpose undercoat that will provide good adhesion to most surfaces as well as additional build and filling properties.
It acts as an intercoat adhesion promoter between primers and topcoats and to aid in the adhesion between an existing solvent based topcoat and a water based or solvent based topcoat.
Used as a general purpose undercoat on previously painted surfaces or suitably primed plaster, wood, metal etc.
