PU DTM FLEXI HB
Solvent based flexible polyurethane primer / finish.
A two pack, solvent based, aliphatic, high solids, flexible polyester modified polyurethane coating, highly adhesion promoted, zinc phosphate pigmented and is extremely UV and weather resistant.
Polyfast technology provides outstanding curing speeds while at the same time allowing pot life exceeding 2 hours and a handling time of roughly 1-2s hour at ambient temperature. this coating cures quickly at ambient temperatures and can also be baked at up to 80 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes for a fully cured coating. With an attractive semi-gloss or high gloss, and a ultra-smooth surface appearance. The dried film has a high slip surface.

Intended Uses
PU DTM Flexi HB can be used as a direct to metal primer and finish in one coat or as a topcoat on various primers for highly corrosive environments on mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, galvanized iron, and other metals.
PU DTM Flexi HB is used as a finish coat for the exterior of tanks, equipment, structural steel, concrete, or any surface where weathering, chemical resistance, toughness, and UV stability are required. It is also excellent for the refurbishment of metal roof sheeting of industrial warehouses, factories & processing facilities. A perfect replacement of the traditional two or three coat systems as a one coat system for protection of steel up to a C3-M environment.
The polyester backbone of PU DTM Flexi HB gives excellent chemical resistance against industrial fallout, superior scratch/mechanical resistance, and flexibility against direct and reverse impact.
PU DTM Flexi HB is suitable as a floor coating and line demarcation system in warehouses and other commercial applications. Owing to its high toughness, gloss, flexibility, adhesion and thin film, it is ideal for freezing cold temperatures, forklift and heavy pedestrian traffic.
