Water based, aliphatic polyurethane coating for interior floors & walls. A water based, zero VOC, two component, aliphatic polyurethane coating with an ultra-smooth satin or matt haptic clear finish for interior floors & walls.

Intended Uses
Will adhere to many surfaces/substrates such as:
- PVC – rigid and flexible e.g. vinyl flooring, flooring decals / prints / designs.
- Concrete – Raw, polished, screeds and decorative cement flooring.
- Epoxies or other flooring resins as a matt finish topcoat.
- Hardwood flooring, skirtings and claddings.
SpecAqua® 2K PU Topcoat is to be used where easy to clean surface area required, it is highly resistant to household and industrial chemicals, food spills and fats. The final coating provides superior hot-tire resistance and mechanical resistance.
The coating has Zero VOC and is excellent for healthcare / clean room environments, no odours are emitted during installation. Applied in multiple coatings by roller / brush / airless spray application. Suitable for residential, commercial and industrial areas.
