1K PU Primer

A one component, solvent based, moisture curing urethane primer. This product can be overcoated with polyurethane & polyurea topcoats.

1K PU Primer is designed for use as an adhesive primer on concrete, metal & wood surfaces. On concrete/cementitious surfaces it can be applied to substrates with a moisture content of up to 6% & an ambient relative humidity of 98%. It has a surface consolidation effect for surfaces which are mechanically weak, and is used as an anti-dust treatment on cementitious surfaces & screeds with a crumbly surface. 1K PU Primer can also be used as a waterproof treatment layer before laying down wooden flooring to prevent moisture damage due to excessive residual humidity in the cementitious screed.

2K PU SF Primer

A two component, solvent free primer based on a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate urethane. 2K PU SF Primer is easy to apply, deep penetrating & exhibits bubble free films on dry surfaces. It has a low sensitivity to substrate moisture, leaving only minimal bubbling when applied to damp surfaces.

2K PU SF Primer is a high-performance urethane primer designed for use on concrete, steel & wooden substrates with film thicknesses up to 1.3mm.

Bitumen Primer SB

A one component, solvent based black bitumen primer with good adhesion to a variety of substrates.

Bitumen Primer SB is designed for priming dry concrete decks and is used as a primer for bitumen torch-on waterproofing membranes as part of a complete system. The low viscosity allows for deep penetrating of concrete surfaces and the consolidation of friable surfaces, creating a sound adhesive surface for the application of bituminous torch-on waterproofing membranes.

Bituminous & Porous Primer SB

Solvent based, two component

Bituminous & Porous Primer SB is a one component, solvent based, transparent blue primer based on a complex blend of penetrative resins and solvents reinforced with a special blend of fillers to produce a primer with excellent adhesion and overcoating properties.

Deep Penetrating Primer WB Clear

A water based, colloidal, low viscosity clear primer based on a self cross linking pure acrylic for highly dense or porous surface priming. The colloidal particle size allows for deep penetrating and binding of highly dense, porous and dusty substrates. It will create intercoat adhesion between old paints & new layers. Penetrates & reinforces the substrate to establish good adhesion.

LEAKSEAL^® CRACK-SEAL WALL UNDERCOAT

A one component, water based, textured & fibre-reinforced elastic acrylic paint.

LEAKSEAL^® CRACK-SEAL Undercoat is a high-performance undercoat specifically formulated to bridge & seal minor cracks and imperfections on wall surfaces prior to the application of topcoats.

EPOXY SF Primer Ultra Clear

A two component, fast during, low viscosity solvent free cycloaliphatic amine epoxy primer with exceptional dry film clarity.

Epoxy SF Primer Ultra Clear is designed for use on concrete surfaces to create a bubble free surface prior to the application of epoxy or polyurethane floor coatings. Epoxy SF Primer Ultra Clear has a very low colour value allowing for completely transparent flooring systems below clear epoxy or polyurethane floor coatings and will enhance the natural look of the underlying surface.

Epoxy Surtol Aluminium Fast

A two component, medium solids, solvent based polyamide cured, zinc phosphate & aluminium pigmented epoxy primer.

Epoxy Surtol Aluminium Fast is a general purpose epoxy primer that is surface tolerant, allowing it to be applied to hand prepared surfaces. It is used as a heavy duty primer/intermediate coat & can be over-coated by a variety of topcoats such as epoxies, polyurethanes, alkyds & acrylics. Epoxy Surtol Aluminium Fast has a long overcoating window and rapid curing properties.

Epoxy WB Concrete Primer

A clear, two component, water based, polyamide-cured epoxy primer.

Designed to seal & prime both dense & porous cementitious substrates such as concrete floors, paving, elevated barriers & road infrastructures. Offering excellent adhesion & forming a strong foundation for epoxies, polyurethanes & water based or solvent based acrylic topcoats, ensuring bubble & pinhole free finishes.

Ideal for solvent-sensitive environments like schools, hospitals, and nursing homes, this product has low odour & is non-flammable. With a USDA approved curing agent this primer can be used in areas with indirect food contact.

Available in 1 and 5 Liters.

SpecNox^® Anti-Corrosive WB is designed as an anti-corrosive primer to provide outstanding corrosion protection as part of an approved system on metal substrates. SpecNox^® Anti-Corrosive WB can be applied up to 200μm DFT per coat, and at 200μm, up to 1000 hours salt spray resistance can be achieved which is suitable for corrosion protection of steel in C4-L & C5I-M environments.
