A tough, water-based elastic waterproofing coating that forms a seamless, UV-resistant and highly durable finish for flat and pitched roofs, exterior walls and waterproofing applications beneath tiles and screeds.
LEAKSEAL® UMBRELLA Plastic is a one-component, water-based pure acrylic waterproofing coating with high solids content, engineered to deliver a tough, durable and elastic protective membrane. The coating provides excellent weather and UV resistance, helping prevent cracking, surface deterioration and moisture ingress on both flat and pitched roofing systems.

Intended Uses
LEAKSEAL® UMBRELLA Plastic is designed for liquid-applied waterproofing systems across a range of exterior building and roofing applications where flexibility, durability and UV resistance are essential.
In addition to roofing applications, LEAKSEAL® UMBRELLA Plastic can also be used as a flexible waterproofing system below tiles and screeds, such as in showers, balconies and terraces, and as an elastic wall coating or gutter waterproofing solution.
Once cured, it forms a low-sheen, seamless finish with very high dirt-pickup resistance and long-lasting colour retention, while remaining suitable for areas exposed to light foot traffic and impact. Its elasticity and crack-bridging properties make it ideal for use on surfaces subject to movement, thermal expansion and environmental stress.
