Solvent based epoxy coating/lining for concrete & steel in immersion conditions. A two component, high solids solvent based polyamide cured epoxy pigmented coating / lining for concrete and metal in immersion conditions.

- Applied directly onto abrasive blast cleaned steel and built up to thickness of 300 - 400µm
- Self-Priming – Direct to Metal
- High solids enables the contractor to apply higher film thicknesses per coat
- Good water and chemical resistances and resistance to aviation fuels etc.
- Short curing period
- Good low temperature cure
- Conforms to SANS 1217 Type 1A lining, including drinking water requirement
- Immersed temperature resistance up to 80°C
Intended Uses
A high performance multi-layer lining for potable water steel pipelines, tanks and hydroelectric installations. Used for the corrosion protection of cast iron valves and pumps, steel gates, screw pumps and sewage equipment.
Suitable for raw and treated water installations such as cooling water ducts and many applications in the mining industry such as lining thickener tanks, rake arms etc. Used as a coating over correctly prepared concrete surfaces.
