Epoxy 151 UW

A two component, surface tolerant, solvent free amine cured epoxy coating.

Epoxy 151 UW is a high performance epoxy coating designed to provide long term corrosion protection to steel & concrete in immersion conditions. It can be applied as a high-quality lining system inside tanks & pipes and conforms to SANS 1217:2011 requirements for drinking water. Epoxy 151 UW will cure under water & is completely unaffected by humidity, making this an excellent option for in-situ weld repairs & emergency repairs inside & outside pipelines that are already submerged.

Excellent long-term corrosion resistance under immersion conditions.

Unaffected by high relative humidity or surface moisture.

Conforms to SANS 1217:2011 for Drinking Water.

Produces a high slip, low friction surface.

Conveniently packaged in small pre-measured repair squish packs or in 1 & 4.5 Lt kits.

Epoxy 151 UW Fast

A two component, surface tolerant, solvent free amine cured epoxy coating. Epoxy 151 UW Fast is an accelerated grade of Epoxy 151 UW, allowing rapid handling properties.

Epoxy 151 UW Fast is a high-performance epoxy coating designed to provide long term corrosion protection to steel & concrete in immersion conditions. It can be applied as a high-quality lining system inside tanks & pipes and conforms to SANS 1217:2011 requirements for drinking water. Epoxy 151 UW Fast will cure under water & is completely unaffected by humidity, making this an excellent option for in-situ weld repairs & emergency repairs inside & outside pipelines that are already submerged.

Epoxy 8800 PW

A two component, solvent based polyamide cured pigmented epoxy coating/lining.

Epoxy 8800 PW is used as a high-performance multi-layer lining system for water pipelines, tanks & hydroelectric installations. Epoxy 8800 PW is suitable for potable water and a wide range of other liquids, and can be used for raw or treated water installations such as cooling water ducts & in many applications in the mining industry such as lining thickener tanks & rake arms.

Unaffected by immersion in water pH range 5.5 to 8.5.

Offers excellent corrosion resistance against a wide range of liquids & gases including sour gas.

Conforms to SANS 1217:2011 for Drinking Water.

Immersed temperature resistance up to 80°C.

Epoxy 8910 PW

A two component, high solids, solvent based polyamide cured pigmented epoxy coating/lining.

Epoxy 8910 PW is used as a high-performance multi-layer lining system for concrete & steel in immersion conditions. It is suitable for use on pipelines & tanks carrying potable water & in hydroelectric installations. Epoxy 8910 PW can also be used in raw or treated water installations such as cooling ducts & in many applications in the mining industry such as lining thickener tanks & rake arms.

Good water & chemical resistance.

Good low temperature cure.

Conforms to SANS 1217 Type 1A lining, including drinking water requirement.

Immersed temperature resistance up to 80°C.

Epoxy 9000 PW

A two component, solvent free amine cured hot applied epoxy lining.

Epoxy 9000 PW is a high performance, hot applied epoxy lining for steel & concrete pipes & tanks. This product is designed to be sprayed using heated cartridges, and produces a high gloss, low friction, hard surface. Epoxy 9000 PW will provide excellent long term corrosion resistance under immersion conditions, is resistant to bacterial attack and conforms to SANS 1217:2011 – requirements for drinking water.

Designed for heated cartridge spray application.

Conforms to SANS 1217 Type 1B drinking water requirement.

Resistant to bacterial attack.

High gloss, hard cured surface produces low friction conditions for pipe internals.
