Epoxy Phenolic 175 CERAMIC is a high-performance, solvent-free ceramic-filled epoxy phenolic novolac lining engineered for severe chemical, abrasion, and erosion environments. Reinforced with high levels of inert ceramic powders and fillers, the coating combines the outstanding chemical resistance of novolac epoxy technology with enhanced wear resistance, lubricity, and long-term immersion performance. The highly cross-linked coating structure provides exceptional protection for steel and concrete assets exposed to aggressive chemicals, abrasive slurries, corrosion, and high-temperature service conditions.
Available in 5L and 20L kits.
Epoxy Phenolic 175 CERAMIC is specifically formulated for environments where both aggressive chemical exposure and severe abrasion resistance are required. The ceramic reinforcement significantly improves resistance to erosion, slurry wear, and mechanical abrasion while maintaining the exceptional chemical resistance associated with epoxy phenolic novolac coatings. The system is ideally suited for process industries, mining operations, chemical plants, water treatment facilities, and industrial infrastructure where equipment is exposed to corrosive chemicals, abrasive media, and elevated operating temperatures.
