Apexior 1
A single component, solvent based, air-drying organic type coating.
Apexior 1 excels in severe thermal cyclic immersion service and is resistant to continuous immersion in boiling water and steam from 100°C to 370°C. It aids in the reduction and prevention of tight bonding hard scale and allows for easy cleaning and removal of any scale build up in steam generating equipment. Apexior 1 also prevents pitting corrosion & stops corrosion that has already begun, except for badly pitted areas. Suitable for steam generating equipment, hot condensate return tanks, hot process tanks, heat recovery systems & steam traps.
Apexior 3
A single component, solvent-based air cured coating.
Apexior 3 is specifically formulated for the cold waterside corrosion prevention of metal surfaces & is resistant to immersion in fresh or salt water, or high humidity as well as frequently wet environments. Apexior 3 prevents pitting corrosion & stops corrosion which has already begun, except for badly pitted areas. It also aids in the prevention & reduction of tight bonding hard scale & allows for easy cleaning & removal of scale build up. Suitable for use on chillers, cold water storage tanks, condenser heads & shells, inner housings of pumps & ballast or brine tanks.
Epoxy 16W Hot Water Epoxy Lining
A two component, solvent based, amine cured epoxy lining.
Epoxy 16W is a high-performance, ani-corrosive lining for galvanized, mild steel and stainless-steel tanks, vessels and pipes containing hot water and aqueous solutions up to 120°C. This product is applied in 3 to 4 coats and will provide long term protection for hot water tanks & condensate return tanks.
Epoxy PHENOLIC 175
A two component, solvent free epoxy phenolic novolac (EPN) coating cured with a modified cycloaliphatic amine. A single EPN polymer contains many epoxide groups, making the molecule multifunctional. When cured to make an epoxy coating, the multi-functionality allows for a high degree of cross-linking, leading to high resistances.
Epoxy Phenolic 175 is a high-performance chemical & abrasion resistant lining that can be used for immersion in water up to 120°C.
