Apexior #1 is specifically designed for the hot water side corrosion prevention of metal surfaces. It is a coating that excels in severe thermal cyclic immersion service and is resistant to continuous immersion in boiling water and steam from 100°C to 370°C. Apexior #1 aids in the reduction & prevention of tight bond hard scale & prevents pitting corrosion. Equipment coated with Apexior #1 will also see an increase in heat transfer efficiency.
Apexior #1 is typically use in steam generating equipment, hot condensate return tanks, de-aerators, hot process tanks, autoclaves, heat recovery systems, mud & steam drums & steam traps.
Apexior #3 Cold Water Side Tank Lining ‹60°C
A one component, solvent-based air cure coating.
Apexior #3 is specifically designed for the cold-water side corrosion prevention of metal surfaces. It is resistant to continuous immersion in fresh or salt water as well as frequently wet or high humidity environments. Apexior #3 aids in the reduction & prevention of tight bonding hard scale & prevents pitting corrosion. Apexior #3 also performs ideally with water treatment chemicals.
Apexior #3 is typically used in chillers, cold water storage tanks, condenser heads & shells, inside shells of AC units, pump casings on fresh saltwater intakes, inner pump housings, bilge & forepeak tanks & brine tanks.
