Self Propelled Machine Applicators
BORUM® MASTER 2500 SP ROAD MARKING MACHINE
From city areas to urban and interurban roads, the BM 2500 can handle both smaller jobs and longer road stretches. Equipped with the new generation of Borum’s LineMaster computer, operating the machine is easy and convenient. The BM 2500 has a one-seat slidable drive and operator section for flexible working on the left or right side. Easy access and servicing of the machine through large doors to the engine room. The Borum spray plastic equipment on the BM 2500 SP can apply lines of up to 40cm (~50cm) width, depending on the set-up. The equipment may be used for the application of plain lines, single and double lines of different widths, as well as for simultaneous application of continuous and interrupted lines.
BORUM® MASTER 5000 SP ROAD MARKING MACHINE
The BM 5000 series provides you with a variety of high capacity line marking machines designed for large scale jobs such as marking highways, motorways or airport runways. The material tank capacity can be up to 780L. The possibility of large material capacity naturally gives fewer stops during the day for refilling. The BM 5000 has a two-seat slidable drive and operator section for flexible working on the left or right side. The Borum spray plastic equipment can apply lines of up to 60 cm width, depending on the set-up. The equipment may be used for the application of plain lines, single and double lines of different widths, as well as for simultaneous application of continuous and interrupted lines.

Preheaters & Trailers
BORUM® MASTER THERMOPLASTIC HEATER
Borum thermoplastic preheaters are designed for heating, melting and mixing thermoplastic material, getting it ready for transfer into thermoplastic road marking machine applicators. They are provided either as a directly heated (D) or indirectly heated (ID). The preheaters are equipped with efficient mixer arms and 50 mm heat insulation, which ensure uniform heating of the material. You also have a possibility to manually select the direction of rotation for better mixing of the material.
PLASTILINE® LXD 400 D PREHEATER DIESEL
Engine: Single cylinder 7.7 PS water cooled diesel engine.
Driving System: Diesel engine to drive gear pump, multi path hydraulic control valve, overflow valve and hydraulic motor.
Capacity of Hydraulic Oil Tank: 40 Litres
Preheater Body: Made of stainless steel, the bottom is made of boiler iron.
