BUTYLEN-AS39 P
BUTYLEN-AS39 P is a cold-applied single-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes and pipelines in accordance with DIN 30672, EN 12068, ASTM and AWWA. Corrosion prevention system proven for decades – for high mechanical and corrosive stresses.
Used for field joint coating, pipe coating and rehabilitation on pipelines.
BUTYLEN-AS40 HT
The innovative BUTYLEN-AS40 HT is setting a new global standard as a high temperature-resistant single-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes and pipelines in accordance with ISO 21809-3 and EN 12068. In combination with the innovative BUTYLEN-HT100 Primer, it achieves outstanding corrosion protection and protection from mechanical loads at operating temperatures of up to +100°C (+212°F) using just one wrapping process.
Used for field joint coatings and pipe coatings for oil and gas pipelines. Particularly for transport pipelines with very high operating temperatures of up to +100°C (+212°F) in power stations, refineries, and station construction.
BUTYLEN-AS40 PLUS
Single-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes and pipelines in accordance with DIN 30672, EN 12068, ASTM und AWWA. Corrosion prevention system proven for decades – for high mechanical and corrosive stress classes.
Used for field joint coating and in pipe coating and rehabilitation on pipelines.
BUTYLEN-AS50
BUTYLEN-AS50 is a cold applied single-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes and pipelines in accordance with DIN 30672, EN 12068, ASTM and AWWA. It offers outstanding economic & qualitative properties and is used for extreme corrosion conditions and mechanical stresses.
Used for field joint coating, pipe coating and rehabilitation of pipelines. It is also used in power stations and pipeline station construction. A further special application of BUTYLEN-AS50 is as a mechanical protection tape as part of the Vivax Coat system.
BUTYLEN-S10
BUTYLEN-S10 is a cold-applied single-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes, pipelines, containers, and moulded parts in accordance with DIN 30672, EN 12068, ASTM and AWWA. It is particularly suitable for uneven substrates and complicated geometries where there is extreme corrosion conditions and mechanical stresses.
Because of its flexibility, BUTYLEN-S10 provides corrosion protection for fittings, flange connections and other parts with complicated geometries in pipeline and power stations as well as pipeline station construction applications.
