BUTYLEN-032-65 AS
BUTYLEN-032-65 AS is a cold applied corrosion protection tape for metal pipes & pipelines with both small & large nominal pipe sizes. It is a real co-extruded three-ply plastic tape made from a stabilised polyethylene carrier material with butyl rubber adhesive on both sides. The inner butyl rubber coating fuses with the outer layer to form a hose-like encasement that is virtually impermeable to water vapour, soil bacteria and oxygen. BUTYLEN-032-65 AS is compatible with factory coatings made from PE, PP, FBE, PU, CTE and bitumen, making this product a versatile solution for applications from field joint coating on pipelines to pipe coating and rehabilitation in power station and pipeline station construction.

BUTYLEN-AS40 HT
BUTYLEN-AS40 HT is a high temperature resistant tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes & pipelines. This product is setting the new global standard as a high temperature resistance single tape system, and in combination with the innovative BUTYLEN HT100 Primer, it achieves outstanding corrosion protection from mechanical loads at operating temperatures of up to +100°C (+212°F) using just one wrapping process. This product is used for field joint coatings & pipe coating for oil & gas pipelines. Particularly for transport pipelines with very high operating temperatures (+100°C) in power stations, refineries, and station construction.

BUTYLEN-AS50
BUTYLEN-AS50 is a single tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes & pipelines. This high quality single tape system has outstanding corrosion protection properties. Even after just one layer with an overlap of 50%, the tape exceeds the requirements for stress class B50 in accordance with EN 12068, which makes this product an extremely cost-effective solution for the user.
