Bitumen Torch-On Membranes
A selection of bitumen torch-on membranes with either a sand or mineral slate chip finish designed for a variety of waterproofing applications.

NiloPlast 5 are plastomeric waterproofing membranes manufactured in an advanced continuous calendaring process by saturating & coating a synthetic carrier with a waterproofing compound made of a special grade of bitumen which is modified with APP polymers. The APP polymers enhance the thermal, mechanical & aging properties of the membrane and the tensile strength, tear resistance, puncture resistance and elongation properties are established by the polyester reinforcement.

NiloPlast 5 PX 3mm Sand bitumen torch-on membranes are used in single or multi-layer systems for waterproofing flat or pitched roofs, underground structures & for waterproofing wet areas, mechanical rooms & terraces.

BituPlast are plastomeric waterproofing membranes manufactured in an advanced continuous calendaring process by saturating and coating a heavy-duty composite carrier with a waterproofing compound made of a special grade of bitumen which is modified with APP polymers. The APP polymers enhance the thermal, mechanical & aging properties of the membrane while the mechanical characteristics are established by the composite carrier which is made of polyester armoured with fibreglass filaments which act as the reinforcement which provides the profound mechanical properties of the polyester and the prominent dimensional stability of the glass fibre matts.

BituPlast 5 CP Sand 4mm bitumen torch-on membranes are used in single or multi-layer systems for waterproofing flat or pitched roofs, underground structures & for waterproofing wet areas & mechanical rooms.

BituPlast Mineral is a self-protecting plastomeric waterproofing membrane manufactured in an advanced continuous calendaring process by saturating and coating a composite carrier with a waterproofing compound made of a special grade of bitumen which is modified with APP polymers. The APP polymers enhance the thermal, mechanical & aging properties of the membrane while the mechanical characteristics are established by the composite carrier which is made of polyester armoured with fibreglass filaments which act as the reinforcement which provides the profound mechanical properties of the polyester and the prominent dimensional stability of the glass fibre matts.

BITUPLAST 5 CSM 4.5 Kg/m² - Mineral Grey bitumen torch-on membranes are used as the top layer for waterproofing exposed roofing in civil, industrial & military works where the roof finish needs to blend harmoniously with the surrounding environment. It can also be used under roofing clay tiles on pitched roofs where tiles are fixed with mortar, and for flashings for exposed stand ups in APP modified bitumen roofing systems.
