2K PU HS Primer
A two component (2K), high solids, polyurethane acrylic filler primer formulated with zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigments.
2K PU HS Primer has been designed as a high performance filler primer for automotive, truck & industry body surface re-finishing & new work prior to the application of polyurethane finish coats. It has excellent adhesion direct to steel, stainless steel, aluminum & light alloys, galvanized steel, old coatings & polyester bodyfillers.
Epoxy Multi Prime
A two component, high build, polyamide cured zinc phosphate pigmented re-coatable epoxy primer.
Epoxy Multi Prime is a general-purpose epoxy primer with excellent corrosion properties. The fast drying and handling properties together with the extended overcoat ability make this an excellent primer for factory application prior to full coating system application at a different site. Epoxy Multi Prime has good abrasion resistance to help resist mechanical damage during transportation.
Epoxy Surtol Aluminium Fast
A two component, medium solids, amine cured, zinc phosphate & aluminium pigmented epoxy primer.
Epoxy Surtol Aluminium Fast is a heavy-duty general-purpose epoxy primer that is surface tolerant, allowing it to be applied over hand prepared surfaces. Epoxy Surtol Aluminium Fast exhibits good physical properties with excellent water & corrosion resistance. This product is suitable for a wide variety of applications including agricultural, construction & earth moving vehicles and equipment prior to the application of topcoats.
Epoxy Surtol Aluminium HS
A two component, high solids, modified epoxy mastic coating containing aluminium flake and corrosive inhibiting pigments.
Epoxy Surtol Aluminium HS can be used as a high performance, anti-corrosive high build primer that can be overcoated with a variety of topcoats. Epoxy Surtol Aluminium HS can be applied to well prepared rusty steel surfaces and is surface tolerant, allowing it to be applied to hand prepared surfaces. This product is suitable for a wide variety of applications including being used as a primer on agricultural, construction & earth moving vehicles and equipment prior to the application of topcoats.
Epoxy Strontium Chromate Primer
A two component, solvent based, polyamide cured epoxy primer containing anti-corrosive strontium chromate. The strontium chromate pigments provide corrosion inhibiting properties and excellent resistance to heat & exposure.
Epoxy Strontium Chromate Primer is ideal for use as an anti-corrosive epoxy primer for application to agricultural, construction and earth moving equipment & vehicles where multi-surfaces are apparent – aluminium, galvanizing, stainless steel, mild steel, or fibreglass. Epoxy Strontium Chromate Primer can be overcoated with other epoxies, polyurethanes, solvent or water-based acrylics and baking enamels.
Etch 1K Epoxy Primer
A single component, quick drying polyvinyl butyral modified epoxy primer.
Etch 1K Epoxy Primer is characterized by its fast turnaround time, corrosion protection properties, easy application and adhesion to hand cleaned steel. This product is ideal for use as a primer on vehicle chassis, underbody components and equipment exposed to high temperatures. Etch 1K Epoxy Primer offers excellent adhesion to mild steel, galvanized steel, and aluminium alloys.
Etch Primer
A single component, quick drying polyvinyl butyral/phenolic pigmented etch primer.
Etch Primer is characterized by its fast turnaround time, easy application properties and adhesion to hand cleaned steel. This product is ideal for use as a primer on vehicle chassis & underbody components before the application of topcoats. Etch Primer offers excellent adhesion to mild steel & aluminium alloys and can be used as a weld through primer at low DFT’s.
Plastic OLF Primer
A single component, quick drying, adhesion promoted chlorinated polyolefin primer. Plastic OLF Primer is available in clear/transparent or in colours.
Plastic OLF Primer is designed to be applied to “difficult to stick” plastic surfaces such as polypropylene, PP/EPDM and TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin). This product can also be used on polystyrene, PVC, GRP and on items such as vehicle bumpers, chairs, tables, and planters. Once primed with Plastic OLF Primer, substrates can be overcoated with a range of topcoats.
QD Primer HV
A single component, quick drying, high build alkyd primer pigmented with zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigments.
QD Primer HV is designed for application to all types of steel surfaces and is suitable for inland mild industrial and commercial environments. QD Primer HV is characterized by its fast turn around time, easy application, corrosion protection properties and adhesion to hand cleaned steel.
