BUTYLEN-AS39 P/-R20 HT
BUTYLEN-AS39 P/-R20 HT is a cold-applied two-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes and pipelines in accordance with DIN 30672, EN 12068 and ASTM. For extreme corrosion conditions and extreme mechanical stresses.
BUTYLEN-AS39 P/-R20 HT is primarily used for field joint coating, pipe coating and rehabilitation on pipelines (oil, gas, water).
BUTYLEN-AS40 PLUS/-090
BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus/-090 is a tape system for permanent corrosion prevention on buried pipelines. BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus/-090 is ideal for use on pipes with smaller nominal pipe sizes. The yellow colour of the outside tape is adapted for use in gas pipe networks.
BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus/-090 is a corrosion prevention system for field joint coating and complete pipe insulation of gas, oil, and water pipelines. It is also suitable for use in gas, oil and waterpower stations and pipeline station construction.
BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus/-R20 HT
BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus/-R20 HT is a cold-applied two-tape system for the corrosion prevention of metal pipes and pipelines in accordance with DIN 30672 and EN 12068. Suitable for use where there is extreme corrosion conditions & mechanical stresses. Compared to the single-tape system BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus, the coating has a further robust and UV-resistant surface layer thanks to the additional outside tape BUTYLEN-R20 HT.
BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus/-R20 HT is primarily used in pipeline construction (oil, gas, water), for field joint coating, pipe coating and pipeline rehabilitation.
BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus/-R25 HT
BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus/-R25 HT is a two-tape system for permanent corrosion prevention on pipelines, satisfying the highest requirements for mechanical stresses and durability, especially for large nominal pipe sizes.
BUTYLEN-AS40 Plus/-R25 HT is ideal for field joint coating or pipe coating and rehabilitation on gas transport lines.
BUTYLEN-AS50/-R20 HT
BUTYLEN-AS50/-R20HT is a cold-applied two-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes and pipelines in accordance with DIN 30672 and EN 12068. Excellent tape elasticity for extreme corrosion conditions and extreme mechanical stresses. This unique tape system boasts an indentation resistance of ≥1.2mm and an impact resistance of ≥20J. BUTYLEN-AS50/-R20HT is virtually impermeable to water vapour and oxygen and resistant to soil bacteria and electrolytes.
BUTYLEN-AS50/-R20HT is ideal for field joint coating, pipe coating and rehabilitation on oil and gas pipelines. It has also been used with great success in transport line rehabilitation.
BUTYLEN-E10/-090
BUTYLEN-E10/-090 is a durable two tape corrosion prevention system for pipelines and pipeline components. BUTYLEN-E10/-090 is optimised to meet the requirements of urban supply networks. The high degree of flexibility and elasticity of BUTYLEN-E10 and BUTYLEN-090 enables rapid and safe application of the field joint coating system on pipeline components such as T-pieces and house connection fittings. The system is also ideal for small nominal pipe diameters.
Used for field joint coating and complete pipe insulation specifically for urban supply networks. The optimised system structure is specifically designed for use with small nominal pipe sizes, fittings, and T-pieces.
BUTYLEN-ET100/-R20 HT
BUTYLEN-ET100/-R20 HT is a cold-applied, high-temperature, two-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes and pipelines in accordance with DIN 30672, EN 12068, ASTM and AWWA. BUTYLEN-ET100/-R20 HT features outstanding properties especially for increased operating temperatures, e.g. for district heating pipelines, compressor stations and for oil lines.
BUTYLEN-ET100/-R20 HT is used on pipelines, particularly hot transport lines (oil, district heating), primarily for field joint coating, pipe coating and rehabilitation and in power station and pipeline station construction.
BUTYLEN-N15/-PE3
BUTYLEN-N15/-PE3 is a cold-applied two-tape system for corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes, pipelines, containers, and moulded parts according to EN 12068 and DIN 30672. BUTYLEN-N15/-PE3 is optimised to meet the requirements of urban supply networks. The high degree of flexibility and elasticity of BUTYLEN-N15 and BUTYLEN-PE3 enables rapid and safe application of the coating system on pipeline parts such as T-pieces and house connection fittings. The system is also ideal for small nominal pipe diameters.
BUTYLEN-N15/-PE3 is primarily used for corrosion protection on parts subject to medium stress classes in accordance with EN 12068 and with complex geometries or uneven surfaces, on pipelines and in power stations and pipeline station construction applications.
BUTYLEN-N15/-PE5
BUTYLEN-N15/-PE5 is a cold-applied two-tape system for the corrosion prevention coating of metal pipes, pipelines, containers, and moulded parts in accordance with DIN 30672, EN 12068, ASTM and AWWA. For extreme corrosion conditions and mechanical stresses on uneven substrates. A flexible butyl rubber adhesive layer with a thickness of 1.5 mm allows BUTYLEN-N15 to adapt optimally to uneven surfaces, even with complicated geometries.
Used for corrosion protection on parts with complex geometries or uneven surfaces, on pipelines and in power station and pipeline station construction applications.
BUTYLEN-N60/-S20
BUTYLEN-N60/-S20 is a cold-applied two-tape system for corrosion prevention on metal pipes and pipelines in accordance with DIN 30672, EN 12068, ASTM and AWWA. Thanks to its excellent ability to adapt to unevenness, this product is ideal for pipes with small to very large diameters.
BUTYLEN-N60/-S20 is ideal for use on pipelines (oil, gas, water) for field joint coating, pipe coating and pipeline rehabilitation.
BUTYLEN-S10/-O90
BUTYLEN-S10/-090 is a two-tape system for the field joint coating of pipelines and pipeline components. The high flexibility and elasticity of BUTYLEN-S10 and BUTYLEN-090 permit a fast and safe application of the field joint coating systems on the pipeline components, such as T-pieces and house connection fittings. Depending on the number of tape layers of the outside tape, the tape achieves stress classes R or HR of GRTgaz.
Used for the corrosion prevention system for field joint coating and pipe coating and rehabilitation.
