Epoxy Phenshield Primer is designed to be applied as part of a system with Epoxy Phenshield Topcoat in chemical environments. It has excellent adhesion to steel and cures to a hard matt surface that can be overcoated within 16 hours. Epoxy Phenshield Primer in combination with Epoxy Phenshield Topcoat is used as a protective coating system for steel & concrete surfaces in chemical processing plants, pulp, and paper mills & for the protection of structural steel against severe splash, spillage, and fume conditions.
Epoxy Phenshield Topcoat
A two component, heavy duty phenolic epoxy amine cured pigmented topcoat.
Epoxy Phenshield Topcoat is designed to be applied as part of a system with Epoxy Phenshield Primer in chemical environments. It cures to a hard, tough finish with very good abrasion resistance and a semi-gloss finish that is easy to clean. Epoxy Phenshield Topcoat has excellent resistance to a wide range of solvents and acids and is used as a protective coating for steel & concrete surfaces in chemical processing plants, pulp, and paper mills & for the protection of structural steel against severe splash, spillage, and fume conditions.
Epoxy Phenolic 175
A two component, solvent free epoxy phenolic novolac (EPN) coating cured with a modified cycloaliphatic amine. Epoxy Phenolic 175 has a high degree of chemical resistance, particularly to mineral acids & solvents.
Epoxy Phenolic 175 is a high-performance chemical & abrasion resistant lining that is based on a specially selected resin/activator blend that is resistant to a wide range of acidic & chemical conditions. Typical applications include the lining of concrete or steel tanks, bund walls, culverts, interior of pipes, floors & walls and coating of equipment exposed to chemical splash and fumes.
Epoxy Phenolic 175 Ceramic
A two component, solvent free, epoxy phenolic novolac coating reinforced with a high level of inert ceramic powder and fillers, cured with a modified cycloaliphatic to provide a high degree of chemical resistance, lubricity properties and excellent performance in immersion conditions.
Epoxy Phenolic 175 CERAMIC can be used for the lining of concrete or steel tanks, bund walls, culverts, pipelines, floors & walls, piles, pumps, valves and any equipment exposed to chemical splash and fumes, or where long term abrasion resistance and corrosion protection is required.
Epoxy Asphalt Mastic
A two component, high performance, high build, chemically cured asphalt modified epoxy mastic coating. Epoxy Asphalt Mastic is surface tolerant, self-priming on most surfaces and is coal tar free.

It is used to protect steel & masonry surfaces from chemical splash, spillage & fumes.
